Prabhas was born in October of 1979 in Madras (now Chennai) India. His father was the late producer Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju.
Prabhas is also known as “Darling” or “Young Rebel Star.”

Prabhas went to school at the DNR School in Bhimavaram and got a Bachelor’s of Technology (B.Tech) from Sri Chaitanya College in Hyderabad. It was never his plan to be an actor. His life goal was to be an entrepreneur and businessman, but his uncle, Uppalapti Krishnam Raju suggested he try it out and see how it went. Since then, he has been in nearly 20 films, with one, called Saaho, coming out sometime in 2019.
Prabhas is mostly in Telugu Cinema, but he has appeared in some Bollywood productions.
His first ever movie was Eeswar in 2002, which marked his debut into film. His breakout role, however, was in Varsham. His role in Mirchi snagged him the award for Nandi Best Actor. He has a wax model of himself in Madame Tussaud’s wax museum, and was the first south Indian to get this honor.

Prabhas was the lead actor of Super Duper hit Film Baahubali: The Beginning in 2015, and he returned for Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in 2017. The first film of the two is the seventh highest grossing Indian film so far, and the second film managed to earn Rs 1,000 crore in just ten days after it’s release, the first film to do so. Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is the second highest grossing Indian film so far, with first place going to Dangal.
For his role in both movies, he went on a strict training regimen to make sure his body was in the physical shape required for the role. He has never married, but apparently, his fame has prompted fans to propose to him, and he has received more than 5000 to date.

Now, Prabhas is the highest paid actor of Tollywood. Prabhas is the first South Indian actor to get a statue at Madame Tussaud Museum, Bangkok.
There were some rumours about his relation with Y.S. Sharmila, Anushka Shetty and Ileana D’cruz but he strongly denied all of these types information. He is unmarried till now.
